Blair J. Portigal, is a principal of Artemis Realty Capital Advisors, LLC. Mr. Portigal has been responsible for the firm’s core investment philosophy. Mr. Portigal is directly responsible for overseeing the underwriting and due diligence processes, joint approval of the credit structure for each of the firm’s investments, and the joint development of and adherence to the firm’s investment strategy. Mr. Portigal has been actively engaged in the commercial real estate lending industry for over 30 years.
